RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY :
If the customer is not satisfied with the product/products fit or quality, and would like to return it/them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure:
* The customer will have to raise a return request from their Tea & Dove account within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
* The customer will have to log in to their account to return the product. Once logged in; please click on the “Returns” option to proceed & follow the steps mentioned there to initiate the procedure.
* Once a request is received, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the products. Please be informed: Since we collaborate with a third-party delivery partner, it takes 5-7 working days to process your reverse pickup.
* Returned items must be unused & unwashed. Additionally, the items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items with broken tags/without tags will not be accepted.
* Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit back to our warehouse.
* For all the returns, the amount paid for the garment will be credited back to the customer's bank account via the payment mode used while placing the order. For COD orders, we will ask for bank details to process the refund.
* We will process the refund once the returned item passes the quality check.
* In case of a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. We might also request you to share the snapshots at support@teadove. Our customer support staff will get in touch with you to resolve the same.
PLEASE BE INFORMED: If the returned item doesn't meet any of the above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in this case.

EXCHANGE POLICY :
* If the customer is unhappy with the product fit or quality and would like to exchange it for another size/product, the following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure:
* The customer will have to raise an exchange request from their TEA&DOVE account within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
* The customer will have to log in to their account to exchange the product. Once logged in; please click on the “Exchange” option to proceed & follow the steps mentioned there to initiate the procedure.
* Once a request is received, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the products. Please be informed: Since we collaborate with a third-party delivery partner, it takes 5-7 working days to process your reverse pickup.
* Items for exchange must be unused and unwashed. Additionally, the items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items with broken tags/without tags will not be accepted.
* Products purchased during a sale will not be applicable for a return, exchange or alteration.
* We will process the exchange once the returned item passes the quality check.
* Since we are a made-to-order brand, the exchange timeline can take up to 15 to 20 working days.
PLEASE BE INFORMED: If the returned item doesn't meet any of the above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in this case.
